For my entire vacation I had a sense of guilt about the total freedom and relaxation, although I did some work, it was not enough. I am so far behind, I will never catch up, however, the salt air is refreshing and calming.

Where do we start?

As the size of the earth's population grows, so does the organizational structure, otherwise known as bureaucracy. Whether or not this is an advantage will depend on how the system might affect you. The outcome of following the rules is for the good of all, but creates a certain tension since there are far more facets to the rules than are easily digested.
