Where do we start?

As the size of the earth's population grows, so does the organizational structure, otherwise known as bureaucracy. Whether or not this is an advantage will depend on how the system might affect you. The outcome of following the rules is for the good of all, but creates a certain tension since there are far more facets to the rules than are easily digested. The post WWII saying, "there ought to be a law" has become the situation we know today.
